Essbare Tonerde Konya Grün 100g – Naturton Türkei hellgrün

Konya Green Clay – Natural edible clay from Turkey

This natural edible clay comes from the Konya region in Turkey. It is characterized by its exceptionally hard structure, its elegant light green to turquoise-gray color, and its unmistakable mineral taste. Its special consistency makes it an interesting variety for lovers of natural edible clays who appreciate robust textures and intense flavor experiences.

Texture and properties

✔ Consistency: Very hard and compact. Biting into it creates a strong, clear crunch. Due to its hardness, it is recommended to break larger pieces into smaller ones before consumption.

✔ Mouthfeel: After the initial crack, the clay develops a slightly creamy consistency and sticks pleasantly to the teeth – a typical feature of this special type of clay.

✔ Taste: Mineral with a slightly earthy note and a characteristic aroma that differs significantly from other edible clays. The taste is subtly reminiscent of fresh concrete or cement and leaves a spicy taste in the mouth. It is particularly appreciated by experienced clay enthusiasts.

✔ Color: Natural light green with soft turquoise and gray nuances. Each piece has its own individual structure and coloring.

✔ ASMR: The hard structure provides an especially loud, rich crunching sound, making this variety an excellent choice for fans of intense ASMR experiences.

Consumption recommendation

Due to its firm structure, larger pieces should be broken into smaller pieces before consumption. The clay can be eaten directly or soaked in water according to personal preference. It dissolves into a fine, creamy mass, which many enthusiasts enjoy as a dip or sauce.
